our story

Made in Mama’s kitchen.

Macro Mama began at home. Later in life, Mama developed a love for fitness and nutrition, creating recipes her family genuinely loved while carefully working out the macros behind them.

She wanted to create the kind of café she felt was missing: somewhere you could enjoy beautiful baked goods and great matcha, while still knowing exactly what you were eating.

That idea became Macro Mama.
